Where are your machines made?

Our packaging machines are designed and assembled at our new facility based in Marrickville, Sydney, NSW, Australia using the most stringent of Australian construction and quality standards.

I received a quote from the sales team, how long does it last?

Our quotes are sent to the customers and they are valid for 30 days. If your quote has expired, please contact the sales consultant.

Do you provide financing?

Financing options are available on all our machines through a third-party finance provider. We have recently partnered with Finlease to provide financing options to our customers. For more information, speak to one of our consultants today.

How long has Packserv Manufacturing been in operation?

Packserv Manufacturing is part of the Packserv Group. The team behind the brand have over 25 years’ experience in the Australian Packaging and Manufacturing sector working across design, manufacturing, servicing and sales.

Do you ship interstate?

We are currently shipping our packaging machines Australia-wide via established and reputable courier services. Location is not an issue.

Do you ship overseas?

We are currently shipping our machines overseas. For more information on international orders please contact our Global Sales Team.

How long from order to shipping?

Turnaround times are unique to each order. For more accurate information on order turnaround times please contact your local sales consultant

Do I have to book my own courier?

You have the option to use your own courier or we can organise one for you. If you use your own courier, you should remember to include insurance. You can also pick the equipment up yourself, but please make sure the equipment is secured in the vehicle.

Do you perform installation/training?

Yes, our technicians can provide installation service or training for you and your staff, either at our premises or yours. Simply arrange this service with us.

How do I set the machine up after I receive it?

Packserv Manufacturing will provide quick setup guides and operation manuals for each machine. In addition, we offer technical advice by phone or we can organise a site visit (site visits are currently available in Australia only).

Can anyone set up one of Packserv Manufacturing machines? Is it difficult?

Your Packserv machine will arrive fully adjusted as far as is possible. Fine adjustments sometime need at least a little technical knowledge and is often best left to our expert Packserv technicians who are always ready to assist you with your set up.

What happens if I have a problem with the machine after I purchased it?

We have a team of experienced in-house technicians available who can offer assistance over the phone in the unlikely event that any issues occur. At Packserv, customer service is at the heart of everything we do so you can be assured that help will never be too far away.

What technical support do you offer after I purchase a machine?

Every Packserv machine comes with a twelve month full parts and labour warranty. In addition, our, our Packserv technicians are available 24/7 and are only a phone call away.
